Many hands touch our quilts. Now, with the help of the Touch of Comfort

we’re connecting the quilters, volunteers, hospital workers, and
families behind them. These are their stories.

When you're a child, it's hard to spend nights away from home.
Even harder when those nights are spent in a hospital.
That's why Downy has partnered with Quilts for Kids to help give
comforting quilts
and a touch of home to children staying in Children's Miracle Network
Hospitals.

White Sewing Center.
This is a group of fun loving women who quilt and sew for needy causes.
They are always looking for volunteers, so feel free to come in and join them.
The Happy Quilters meet here the first
and third Friday of every Month from 10:00 to 3:00.

Our mission is to enable the younger generation
to learn to sew and keep the art alive, by offering sewing
and quilting classes
to children starting at the age of 8
years old. Our teacher is extremely in tune with what children
like. Our classes are offered on
both Saturdays and weekdays.
